There are twelve individual Award courses available at Level 5. These are:

  • U401 – Managing responsible selling
  • U501 – Understanding and developing customer accounts
  • U502 – Understanding the integrated functions of sales and marketing
  • U503 – Sales forecasts and target setting
  • U504 – Leading a team
  • U505 – Motivation and compensation for sales teams
  • U506 – Coaching and mentoring
  • U507 – Designing planning and managing sales territories
  • U508 – Analysing the financial potential and performance of customer accounts
  • U509 – Relationship management for account managers
  • U510 – Bid and tender management for account managers
  • U511 – Developing a product portfolio


Level 5 Certificate in Sales and Account Management

The Certificate comprises four mandatory units:

U401, U501, U502 and U503


Level 5 Diploma in Sales and Account Management

The Diploma comprises three mandatory units:

U401, U501, and U502

Plus another four optional units from:

For sales managers: U503, U504, U505, U506 and U507
For account managers: U503, U508, U509, U510 and U511
